Tennis

Today I devoted myself to “the mind” have played tennis. And when we draw lots for the teams, I am a “blank”

But we have fun and great exercise because I have to run much after the ball.


Today we chill

It is important to rest between sessions which Sture shows. At the same time, Sture and Eddie gives me the everyday exercise that is so important for my health. It is proven that those of us who have dogs live much longer because we stay many hours more outdoors than others. Thanks Sture and my favorite Eddie who always want to be out there.

Back in training after two-week break

Two weeks of cold is evident when training starts again. All of a sudden I get hold for Power result and my legs shake during Pilates, but hopefully is the strength back quickly. Fun it is to be back and meet my coach Adam who is in the picture. Behind the camera best fitness friend and work colleague Lena Hedberg ?

Missed the "favorite" pass

Today I was a little disappointed that I missed my “favorite” pass, visit with mom was scheduled. It was not the favorite pass but I moved 1 cubed wood about 20 metres to the Woodshed and 2000 square metre site should be raked! Got a work out yet


Vinnova conference

Qemajl and I at Conference, the key word is COOPERATION. It has really been about food, nutrition and about wellness – what are the innovations in this industry to give us better health?  So today is the mental exercise for us, but for my part, I intend to finish with a yoga class tonight ? Qemajl may continue baking


Push for training now breakfast

My family, my colleagues and most of my surroundings are pushing that I have to work out on a regular basis even though I may not participate in tjejmilen at Central park in June 2016. I’m not getting away anymore. I get to go jogging in the morning which I love.

Today something else got in the way. Freshly baked scones in the morning that I take with me to the heart clinic at Danderyd hospital ?
